Upon arrival, the rooms weren't ready, but we were generously provided with a woven bag to put our belongings while we explored the beautiful views and enjoyed the various amenities, including the complimentary upgrade from standard garden view to connecting pacific view rooms. The staff were very accommodating, although a bit slow, considering our long drive to get there.
